Proviva Tech uses advanced technologies and processes called Electrocoagulation. We own 5 patents about the technology and have years of experience. The technology of Electrocoagulation is, the passing of the electrical current through water, has proven very effective in the removal of contaminants from water. Electrocoagulation systems have been in existence for many years using a variety of anode and cathode geometries, such as plates, balls, fluidized bed spheres, wire mesh, rods, and tubes etc. In this system as water passes through the electrocoagulation cell, multiple reactions take place simultaneously.

First, a metal ion is driven into the water. On the surface of the cathode, water is hydrolyzed into hydrogen gas and hydroxyl groups. Meanwhile, electrons flow freely to destabilize surface charges on suspended solids and emulsified oils. As the reaction continues, large flocs form that entrain suspended solids, heavy metals, emulsified oils and other contaminants. Our experience is in treating steel plant’s wastewater and the process water from the CRD,HRM, Power House which are usually contains hazardous chemicals, heavy metal like Cd, Cr-6, Cu , Hg , Pb, Ni, Sn, Zn, high TDS, emulsified oils, and other contaminants.
